Tom Prusak passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 19, leaving behind two young children and his wife (Melissa), who is eight weeks pregnant with their third.

Tom is the identical twin brother of BBCS staff member Sam Prusak.

Please contribute here to help support the Prusak family at this time. All funds will go directly to the family to help with funeral expenses, and to support Melissa and the children.
