Support for Quadir Blackwell's Funeral

I am asking for help for my daughter Telecia for her son Quadir Blackwell, lost to a senseless shooting. This will be to help bury him and anything else going forward at this time.

Quadir was an amazing kid with a huge personality. Fun, smart, witty.
