We hope you and your loved ones are in good health,
We have opened this 'gofundme' to help with two months of bills. We are a family owned business for the past 16 years, being the third owners of this shop, we feel proud to serve the Rockridge neighborhood in Oakland Ca and appreciate the love and support Oakland and the surrounding community has shown us.
In the last couple months, about four shoe repairs in the Bay Area have closed, due to a decline in sales. Is sad to see this industry die slowly! But we'll remain open until there's nothing else we can do because we love what we do and this shop has kept us together as a team.
Unfortunately, this unexpected virus has caught us unprepared financially. We are doing all we can to collect as much income as possible to get by this hard times. We feel lucky to be a family business, means a lot to be able to share time with one another and united we will get through this.
