Support for Robert Louden's Medical Needs

Hi, my name is Nick Louden. My family and I are setting up this account on behalf of our father, Robert Louden.

Robert is a decorated Marine and extremely hard-working father, who just turned 86 on March 11th. He has always put his family first to make sure we were taken care of. So much so, that he just barely retired at the age of 80. You may know him by his smile, firm handshake, or ability to light up the room with his many stories. I have yet to find one person that doesn't like him, nay, I have yet to find someone who doesn't sing his praises.

On March 23, 2024, Robert took a fall and broke his hip. At his age, the road to full recovery is highly unlikely. Though he has good spirits, his body is very weak. He requires professional medical assistance most of the day. He is currently in an extended care medical facility, but they recently informed us that his insurance ran out and he is being forced to vacate. Although he gave his life to his career and has many good health benefits, his insurance recently lapsed and we are left with the sole responsibility of financially taking care of him. This includes his mortgage payment, all of his medical bills, and medical equipment. On top of all this, we recently discovered that his home's roof has a major leak and has developed large amounts of black mold. His home owners insurance refuses to cover the damage to repair. His home air conditioning unit is also broken. This brings the out-of-pocket cost to a minimum of $20,000.

We know that he is loved and cherished by many, as this is the reason why we are creating this fund. We ask anyone who is able, to please donate. No amount is too small, anything helps.
