Support for Ron and Sherry Walton

Dear Family, Friends, and Colleagues,

We are reaching out on behalf of Ron Walton, a beloved member of our community who is a father, husband, friend, and educational leader as Assistant Superintendent in the Lucia Mar school district. As some of you may know, Ron has recently undergone surgery for the removal of two cancerous brain tumors. Though his strength and determination have shined through during this challenging time, his road to recovery is still long. Adding to their burden, his beloved wife, Sherry, who is also a retired elementary school teacher, is also in need of round-the-clock care for her progressive supranuclear palsy.

With the mounting medical bills, the costs of daily care, and the need for assistance with meals and other essentials, we are humbly asking for your support. We’ve set up this GoFundMe campaign to help alleviate some of the financial strain that Ron, Sherry and their family are facing during this incredibly difficult time.
