Russell Barnes memorial children’s fund

Hello we are setting up this page for the children of Russell Barnes who at the age of 32 was fatally shot on April,20th in Portsmouth VA. He was a community mentor and coach as well as a loving kind and supportive father. He leaves behind 3 beautiful children.
