Support for Sabrina After Major House Fire

On Thursday morning (10/19/23) my home caught on fire while I was at work. Thankfully, the Denver Fire Department and my sweet neighbors were able to get my dog, cats and all of my tiny little foster kitten’s out.

My babies and foster kittens were rushed to the hospital in an ambulance and placed in the ICU. Several doctors/CVTs quickly got to work on them providing them with tons of oxygen, fluids, wound care and baths to remove the toxins and debris from the fire. Biscuit & Lucy were transferred to another hospital where they spent the night getting further care and treatment. Thankfully, everyone is going to be okay but Lucy and Biscuit will have a longer recovery due to the extent of smoke inhalation they experienced.

I lost everything in the fire. All furniture, most of my clothing, all of my belongings, all of my pet beds/food/supplies…everything. Additionally, so far I've spent well over $10,000 on veterinary hospital bills for Biscuit, Lucy, Roo, and Miles and I'm sure there will be more as they recover from the severe smoke inhalation they experienced. 

We are currently displaced and are without a home or basic necessities.
