Support for Sandra Atkins

Our dear friend and colleague Sandra Atkins, an integral part of the Addiction Psychiatry Consultation Service and social work team at the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, has tragically lost her eldest son to COVID. We are collecting funds to contribute to the costs of memorial and funeral arrangements to support Sandra in honoring her son's memory. Sandra is such a bright light to our program and patients. We want her to know she has her extended family at Montefiore by her side during this dark time.
