Support for Sara Smith & the kids

As you all know this family has been through such an unimaginable amount of pain & heartbreak in so short of a time. In just a matter of 2 months, they have had their life completely and tragically changed forever with having lost their 17 year old daughter/sister Madisen Smith on August 15th & now having just lost their husband/father Matthew Smith this past Thursday, October 14th. Sara, Hannah, and especially the two boys Tysen, and Jasen(who are both under 10 years old), will need endless amounts of emotional, physical, and mental support from all of their family & friends as they try to get through this life with two pieces of their souls no longer beside them on this earth.

If you are a part of their support system, please remember to show up for them in whatever way you can. Reach out via text or messenger to check in, place a phone call so they have people to talk to, offer to bring by a meal, send "I'm thinking of you all" reminders at random times, volunteer to take the boys to play or out for ice cream(anything to keep them busy), remember them at the holidays (especially this year & the couple to follow as they will be so hard to get through and find any joy in). Doing stuff like these small, yet thoughtful gestures can go a long way in making a difference as they try to learn how to carry on & heal.

In the meantime though, we all know the most immediate support that anyone would need in this situation is on the financial end, especially when it comes to funeral expenses, basic needs, & such. If you can donate anything to help this family out as they cope with these horrible back to back tragedies, it will be greatly appreciated, as every dollar can help make some difference. Whether you can afford to donate or not, please at least share this campaign with as many people as you can to get it out there.

And most importantly, please remember to keep Sara, the kids, and Matthew's entire family in your thoughts & prayers as we all continue to grieve the loss of both Matthew & Madisen.
