Support for Sarah "Sugar" Jenkins & Family

Hello everyone
As friends and family of Sarah (aka ‘Sugar’), Mike, Paul and Josh, you know that they are in a fight against cancer. So many of you have been visiting and giving support in various ways. Sarah and family thank all of you for this support. There are no words that can explain the positive impact it has had.
The specialists have diagnosed the cancer Sugar has as extremely aggressive. Now every day Sarah wakes up to not only fight for tomorrow but for a future that she dreams of with her family and friends. Sadly, with the extreme physical pain that this disease has caused and the side effects of treatment, Sugar was forced to give up work. Emotionally this has been heartbreaking as The Waddling Dog and its staff and patrons are like extended family and have been for almost 22 years!
We know all of you have given so much but we ask for further help. Although Sarah is determined to win this fight, she also realizes the importance of spending quality time with Mike, Josh and Paul. Our goal is to raise money to help with any finances that might result due to treatment, medication and not being able to work as well as to give them the chance to spend this time together and create lasting memories.
Money raised will be used to either assist with future financial obligations and/or a memorable trip where Sugar, Mike and the boys can escape reality for a while and be a family without worries. We want to thank all of you for everything that you have done to date and thank all of you in advance for any financial contribution you can give.
Although we can’t directly fight Sugar’s cancer (that’s the job of the doctors, specialists and Sugar), we can help to ease the worries of Sarah and Mike and give them the ability to spend quality time together.
