Support for School Bus Driver Diane Holder
Donation protected
This story is about school bus driver Diane Holder who works out of the Staten Island base and transports students to and from Success and Leap elementary in Brooklyn. During the month of December 2021, she was violently attacked by a parent while she was on the job. This unprovoked attack left her with physical injuries and mounting legal fees. This page was created to allow those who wanted to contribute to help ease some of the burden and stress that this situation has created for her and her entire family.
Since this unfortunate situation, Mrs. Holder has been out of work and has to go to physical therapy daily. She's unsure of what the future looks like as a bus driver. Although she really enjoys interacting with the students, she's looking forward to returning to her position as soon as possible without a good legal team, this unfortunate situation could become much worse. However, before she can return to her duties, she must obtain legal representation and it has become very difficult to do so due to her current financial situation. Having the proper representative would give Mrs. Holder an opportunity to return to her job in a safe environment ensuring that situations like this do not happen ever again.
We would appreciate your contribution. We asked that if you would like to support her so that she could receive the proper legal representation you can use this platform to do so. We thank you all in advance for your contributions.
