Support for Sofia and the York Family

We are hoping to coordinate this fundraiser for Sam and Ryan’s 3 year old daughter, Sofia.

A few days after her 3rd birthday, a mass the size of a large grapefruit was discovered during an ultrasound after Sofia started to show signs she wasn’t feeling well. The family was immediately admitted into Children’s Hospital and, upon further testing, Sofia was diagnosed with stage 3 Neuroblastoma. This cancer is treatable and we are praying for the best results for Sofia. She has already begun her 1st of 5 cycles of chemotherapy which will be one of many treatments and procedures for Sofia as she fights to beat this cancer.

For Sam and Ryan this will be difficult financially as they are expected to be in and out of Children’s Hospital for over 18 months during Sofia’s treatment.

The York family is always helping others and now it’s our turn to be there for them. Your support will help ease that financial pressure while they focus their attention on Sofia's well being.
