Support for Sport Burger & Williams family

Dear Wichitans, College Hill-ians, and everyone else fortunate enough to have visited our beloved local burger establishment:

Sport Burger is synonymous with tastefulness. Sport Burger is synonymous with integrity. With Sport Burger - you know what you’re going to get. There’s something magical about the wait. And the “truly” made-to-order system... Or the simple fact that no matter how their days may be going, Connie and Ronnie Williams greet every customer with nothing short of top-notch customer respectfulness and service.

As many of us have seen in the news today, Sport Burger’s air conditioner was stolen by two thieves last night. This isn’t the first time their location has been vandalized either - with picnic tables and flower pots consistently stolen in the past.

The purpose of this is solely to help with Williams family. I, myself, can’t tell you the last time these folks simply took a week off work to vacation, relax, etc. I have faith that our community can gather together and give the Williams family the love they very much deserve. The hard work they’ve poured into this community will not go unseen.
