Support for Stephanie and the Dyson Family

While many of you know and love the Dyson’s, many do not know that currently the family is deeply hurting and in great need of our support!

The family matriarch, Stephanie, has very recently and suddenly been diagnosed with Stage 4 Adenocarcinoma that has spread from her adrenal glands to her lungs and breast, but most severely and devastatingly metastasized to her brain.

Sadly, her prognosis is dire and the decision has been made to put her on hospice in an effort to make her remaining days as comfortable as possible, surrounded by her loving family at their home in Snook, Texas.

This incomprehensible shock and suffering comes with additional struggles, as Stephanie has also been the primary source of childcare for Katie’s special needs son, Ryder, who has Angelman’s Syndrome.

The challenges that lie ahead are hard to fathom, let alone articulate, but I know that everyone who cares for this genuine, hard-working, and special family might want an opportunity to help ease their burdens.

Beyond Stephanie’s medical expenses, the future financial load that accompanies Ryder’s care and needs will be lifelong.

In order to allow the Dyson’s time to focus on family while they grieve and make necessary arrangements, while also allowing time for them to adjust their long term plans to accommodate these unexpected and monumental life changes, any help to take some of these monetary stressors off of their backs would be beyond appreciated.
