As some of you may have seen in recent news headlines, our beloved friends Anthony & Andy's Father is a victim of a brutal attack resulting from a home invasion crime that took place in Clairemont yesterday. As of right now, they're still uncertain of the extent of their Dad's injuries and how long he will remain in the ICU but the boys, their spouses & their Mom (wife of 33+ years) are doing their best to remain strong during this devastating time. 

If you have not had the pleasure of meeting their Dad or have been to their family-owned donut shop, Rose Donuts on Linda Vista Rd., anyone would tell you that he is a kind, gentle soul and that he always wears a smile on his face when greeting customers and family alike. Their donut shop has been and still is a place of solace for many. Their warm smiles (and donuts) have warmed the hearts of thousands over the years as a result of their generosity, hard work, and compassion for others.

This is an unimaginable time for this family and we are starting this fund in an effort to help them with medical expenses and/or any costs they may incur as a result of their donut shop being is closed -- this is their livelihood and it is unfair that this happened to such a wonderful and honest man. He is a husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many.
