Support for Jennifer Johnson and family

Wife, mother, daughter, teacher, friend, cousin, colleague, aunt, and sister are just some of the ways to describe the connections Jennifer has in her life. Her impact on the lives of others is enormous and improving the lives of all is constantly what Jennifer has worked for.
In early 2016, Jennifer was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer. Immediately, she worked with the Cancer Treatment Center to develop a plan. Jennifer underwent 6 rounds of Chemotherapy, 30 rounds of Radiation and a hysterectomy in hopes of beating cancer. Fortunately, Jennifer was able to teach most of her school year and engage in daily living.
Jennifer was in remission for just shy of 4 years when she received the news that the cancer had returned and spread throughout her body. She is now facing stage IV terminal cancer. Jennifer began regimented immunotherapy every 3 weeks through mid November with the hopes of keeping the cancer from spreading.
Unfortunately the immunotherapy did not work. Jennifer has been unable to return to work since the middle of November, as she has constant fatigue and pain. Daily living has become rigorous and extremely labor intensive as the cancer continues to spread throughout her body. The most recent update from her doctors, is the cancer has spread to her brain. In the coming days, Jennifer will begin ten rounds of radiation treatment on her brain, with the hopes of slowing the progression of the cancer there.
In order to support Jennifer, Tom, Ryan and Kyle through this process, donations are appreciated. These donations will allow Tom to be able to take time off work to spend with Jennifer and the boys, care for their home and help relieve the loss of income from Jennifer no longer being able to teach.
