Support for Team's Medical Journey

Team: I haven't been open about why I'm more absent from X as normal. The truth is I have several medical conditions that have been taking up my time and also myself worrying. Now those medical conditions have started to cost more than I can afford. While it's not life threatening with treatment it is expensive with Dr. App and medicine. Any little help will be great.
