Naveed Asghar, 62 of Calgary Alberta passed away unexpectedly on February 07th, 2021 after complications brought on by COVID-19.
Naveed was a bus operator for Calgary Transit. Naveed travelled to Pakistan to see his ill mother. Naveed contracted COVID-19 in Pakistan and was hospitalized and passed away from the disease.
Naveed was a caring, kind hearted, respectful and soft spoken person. He loved his family. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Naveed is survived by his wife and four children, two girls aged 13 and 11 and two boys aged 9 and 6.
With Naveed's suddenly passing away, our hopes are big to raise funds to support his family and children during this time of need. We need your support as soon as possible so that the family can support themselves as Naveed was the only breadwinner of the family.

Who I am
My name is Zia Ul Hassan and Naveed Asghar was my best friend. The Asghar family are very close family friends, and this money will be used to support Naveed's wife.
How the Funds Will be Spent
The money will be used to support the family in a variety of ways. These include: living expenses (housing, groceries, clothing, etc.), kids' education, and health care/dental expenses. As Naveed was the sole earner in the household, the family requires all the help they can get to cover their general expenses, and this money will be going towards that cause.
Plan for Ensuring Funds Reach Beneficiary
Naveed's wife Saba has authorized me to withdraw the funds on her behalf, and I will be transferring the money to her after she finishes sorting out her financial situation in the wake of her husband's passing.
