Support for the Bral Twins
The Bral twins are coming into the world with a bang!
The twins were diagnosed with Selective Intrauterine Growth Restrictions at 16 weeks of the pregnancy. At their 18 week appointment, Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome was also diagnosed and they qualified for a laser procedure to treat TTTS. While visiting a specialist in Cincinnati, Callie underwent the laser to eliminate Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome. This surgery benefits both babies and gives them both higher percentages of survival. Only in very rare instances does TTTS show up again after laser surgery. There is nothing the doctors can do to treat Selective Intrauterine Growth Restriction.
With travel to and from Cincinnati for doctor visits, hotel stays, medical expenses, moving expenses (twins require more space), and care for the twins themselves, let's support Callie, John, and their precious girls during this time when they need a little extra love.
