Support for the Cleveland Family
Donation protected
This fundraiser is for the family of Autumn Cleveland in the wake of her unexpected passing.
————————
“Autumn, who lived in Newport News, Virginia, had packed up her car on Thursday, August 29th, to move to Maine, a state she had fallen in love with, her mom said. She stayed in touch with her family through Saturday evening and texted her parents that she loved them, said her father, Michael Cleveland. But after a few days went by and her family couldn’t reach her, they posted on social media that she was missing and asked a search team to help find her.
Her body was found Monday afternoon, September 2nd, in her parked car in Dayton. Maine State Police continue to investigate her death and are awaiting autopsy results before releasing a cause and manner of death.”

Although their world has stopped for the moment, it will continue to turn around them and expenses are an unfortunate reality of that. Some of the ways in which your gifts will be used include but are not limited to: travel between Virginia and Maine, travel accommodations, funeral and memorial expenses, living expenses during time off of work (while the family is also paying for their time in Maine at the moment participating in the investigation, their permanent homes here in Virginia still need maintaining for when they return, to including rent/mortage, insurance and utilities), food, and animal boarding and care.
As the family navigates through this difficult time, your generosity will help to ease the burden of expenses and allow them to grieve and focus on the investigation without financial worry.
My name is Christy Clements and I am a family friend of the Clevelands. I am sending funds directly to Renee via Venmo as transfers occur through the GoFundMe. I am also personally covering any fees incurred for utilizing this platform so that the family receives the full amount of your donation(s).
On behalf of the family, please accept our deepest, heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your continued love and support.
