Support for the Darley Vega Family

Our dearest Jordan Mathew Darley, 40, passed away unexpectedly on November 12, 2022 due to Cardiac Arrest. He was a loving husband to Lucia, a devoted father to Jordan Gabriel.

He is survived by his father, William E. Darley; his mother, Kathleen Celentano; his mother and father-in-law, Lucia and Luis Vega; his paternal grandfather, George Darley; his aunts and uncles, Kevin, Thomas, Brian, Keith, Maureen, Gregory, Tracy, and John, and Pete and Ralph; many cousins, extended relatives, and friends; and his brothers and sisters of the fire department.

He worked as a firefighter for the Passaic Fire Department for the past 7 years. He was assigned to Ladder 2, Tour 3. He was also a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technician and was the owner of Jordan Darley HVAC, located in Nutley, N.J.

Jordan was a light to all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His positivity made him special. His smile and laugh could brighten anyone’s day. He was funny, intelligent and had a heart of gold. His passing has left his family, friends, and loved ones completely devastated.

We want to be able to give Jordan the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and give him a proper send off. While the family is grieving his loss, this GoFundMe is being set up to help them with the funeral and any other related costs.
