Support for the family of baby Eros
Donation protected
On Wednesday December 6th 2023, Katelyn, Curtis, Lucas, and Gabriel experienced one if the most devastating events a family can endure. The loss of a child/sibling. At only 18 months, baby Eros was called back to the kingdom of heaven.
The impact of those 18 short months will forever live on. The life, energy, and happiness he radiated in that short period is indescribable. The changes he motivated were of indescribable magnitude. He did more in 18 short months than many could do in 80 years. The healing power he possessed and the changes he inspired in the family were of monumental proportion. For those reasons he will live on forever through the loved ones left behind.
The road to healing from a tragedy like this is unpredictable, the timeline unknown, and the grief process, absolutely heart shattering. For those reasons we are asking for any donations you find comfortable and affordable. We honestly hate to even ask for anything. If you can't don't. We do not want to burden anyone. If you can, do, we will forever be grateful.
Update: We reached our initial goal, then surpassed another. I have raised it once again. It's not out of greed. It's because I have some dreams that the next two goal levels could make come true. They aren't for me but for other children in need.
I have always wanted to found a group home that is geared toward real life experience gaining and preparing. I aged out of states care, and was lost. I want to help keep others from that experience. We want to call it The Eros House. It will be a 401c non-profit and every dime that isn't used for household expenses or final costs will be put toward that. If we never end up with enough for that, I will donate what's left to The SUDC Foundation to be applied strictly toward prevention studies.
