In Memory of Daniel Vela

On Monday, May 17th, 2021, after 5 months of courageous battle and defying all odds, Daniel was called to be with our Lord. From day one, Daniel was a miracle of God’s work. He fought every single day and he did it smiling. Even on his most challenging days, he was always his joking and loving self. No matter what his doctors told him, after listening he would point up to the sky telling them that it’s God who has the final say.

Daniel had the most infectious smile. He was the heart of his family.  He would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He surrounded everyone around him with so much love and he carried this loving energy wherever he went. No love compared to the love that Daniel had for his family - for his children, step-children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, his girlfriend and his parents and grandparents.  He spent every moment making sure they were all taken care of.

His children need support in the hardest time of their lives. Contributions are welcome from anyone who would like to make a donation, as these kids have a long road ahead of them.  No amount of money could ever replace their dad but your contributions will help to give these kids the kind of life that Daniel strived to provide for them. All of the money that is contributed to this fund will be used to benefit his children and cover costs associated with education, savings, and of course fun things that will make these kids smile.

Daniel left a legacy on this earth. He will be remembered for his generosity and loving spirit as well as the many memories he made sure to make with everyone he knew and loved - his family & friends. Whether it be a donation or a powerful prayer, we thank you!❤️
