Support for the Gada Family
Over the 4th of July weekend, The Gada family was enjoying time on the water with friends when an accident occurred. Their 14 year-old son Miles suffered a traumatic brain injury, which required two surgeries. He has transitioned from the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Hasbro Children's Hospital to inpatient rehabilitation at Spaulding Hospital in Boston. His Neurosurgeon informed his parents that recovery will likely span 4-6 months, during which time both Jeff and Eloise will be taking time off from work to devote to his recovery.
Eloise, Jeff, and Miles’ twin brother Rowan are an active family within so many groups. The family has been part of the Southeastern Ct Seahawks organization for years. The boys are active in ice hockey, lacrosse, skateboarding and so much more! Jeff and Eloise are incredibly giving of their time and talents and never ask for a thing in return.
During this time, housing while in Boston, medical bills, meals on the go, as well as transportation to and from the hospital will be daunting. Please consider donating to help ease their potential financial burden during Miles’ recovery. For those who know and love them, the Gadas would do anything for their friends in need. It is our turn to do the same for them!
