Support for the Gehl family

Update:

It is with broken hearts that this update has to be made, a beautiful soul gone too soon. What began as a little support until Kennedy was healed enough to come home has turned into everyone's worst nightmare.

Now more than ever this family needs your support with the expenses of having to lay Kennedy to rest as well as the time needed for the family to heal from this tragedy.

I would like to this time to offer my condolences to all of the family and friends during this very difficult time.

Hi, my name is Jacqueline Paquette and I have known Kennedy for pretty much my entire life. She was my babysitter as a kid and is a very close family friend. On behalf of the family, this Go Fund Me has been started to help them through an unexpected medical event.

As many of you are aware Kennedy Gehl was transported to the TBRHSC on March 27th, 2024, where it was confirmed that she had suffered a stroke.

After arriving at the hospital she was moved to the stroke unit where she could be monitored for brain swelling and to see a speech & physical therapist as she has no use of her left side.

Early this morning she suffered a severe stroke which has caused swelling of the brain, she was taken in for surgery and is now in recovery on support.

Kennedy is a very kind sole who has many, many friends and family members who are rooting for her recovery. ❤️
