Support for The Hershberger family

My name is Christy, I am Taylor’s fiancé. I started this fundraiser on behalf of Taylor and my future in laws; Eric, Melissa and Jayden Hershberger.

Last week, our family received heartbreaking news regarding Eric's health.

As many of you may know, Eric was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer a few months ago. Last week, the doctors delivered the devastating news that Eric's cancer is not treatable and is rapidly progressing.

On Saturday, Eric will be released home where he will receive hospice care and will spend the remainder of his days surrounded by his family (and 4 dogs) and visited by friends.

With an amazing attitude of strength, and an incredible amount of courage, Eric sought treatment for his cancer. He has faced every obstacle with his big loving smile and heart.

Melissa, Taylor and Jayden have been right by Eric's side through every tough moment, showing a strength that is enviable and a love that knows no bounds.

We are asking for help to cover costs, medical and otherwise, to relieve the added stressors that come with illness, loss, and grief.

We want to support this family so they can focus on cherishing what time they have together.
