The Levesque Family of Tolland, CT started when two little kids fell in love. When Tim Levesque & Kathy D'Angelo met in elementary school, their love was one that would stand over time.
Both Tim & Kathy were raised in Manchester and their roots are deep in the community. Tim joined the Manchester Police Department family in November of 2008 and has dedicated his career to protecting the public. Kathy proudly graduated from the University of Connecticut's Physical Therapy program and became a trusted physical therapist at Select Physical Therapy in Storrs. She always had a smile for anyone coming in to their clinic, or walking past the window. Kathy was a compassionate and knowledgeable clinician who truly cared about each and everyone of her patients, and colleagues.
After Tim & Kathy married in May 2012, they settled down in Tolland, got a puppy, Maverick, and soon welcomed their beloved daughter, Maddie, in 2014. Tim & Kathy loved parenthood and their joy emulated in all those around them. They were so excited to learn they were expecting a second child in the spring of 2016.
Only days before Kathy's 30th birthday and only months after announcing their second pregnancy, Kathy was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She soon endured brain surgery and then they safely welcomed their son, Jason, in May 2016. Kathy still had to complete numerous subsequent chemotherapy treatments while caring for their growing family now with two kids under three. Fortunately, the treatment worked and the Levesque family was able to continue living the life they had dreamed about as kids in Manchester.
Devastatingly, Kathy's brain tumor returned with a vengeance recently. Kathy peacefully passed away on April 16, 2021.
Tim & Kathy dedicated their lives to serving and giving to others. Please consider giving to Tim and their amazing children so they can have a few less worries as they move forward with Kathy in their hearts.
