Mrs. Lumpkin worked in CCSD for nearly 30 years, with over 13 of the years as the art teacher at Oglethorpe Avenue Elementary. She was dearly loved and adored by her students and colleagues. Her kind and generous spirit ensured she was a friend to all. Please help return the kindness this amazing family has shown our community over the years.
