Support for the Magill family
Donation protected
Our friend and colleague Sam Magill had been battling illness for some time and unfortunately passed away quite suddenly, with his family by his side on Tuesday 21st May.
A larger-than-life character, Sam was always on hand to help out or support others and has been a central part of our story but also a large part of our businesses DNA.
Away from work, Sam was a proud family man, husband to Lesley and father to his adored 13-year-old daughter, Sammy. He had a love of music and the Liverpool Football Club, having played for and coached multiple soccer teams across the state over the years. Sam was highly regarded and respected by many across both Enerven and SA Power Networks.
Sam had been battling Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis for a few years and had to take some significant time away from work during this period to recover, with the hopes that a future transplant option maybe available.
Unfortunately, with Sam's sudden passing and the compounded time away from work, this has significantly changed any future plans the family had together.
Enerven would like to do something special by raising funds to support Sammy and Lesley at this time. We want to help them fulfil a wish to take a family holiday and a promise to Sam to return his ashes to Northern Ireland. The fund is open to everyone who knew Sam and would like to honour him in this way.
As such a big part of our story, we hope this fundraiser will help support the Magill family and continue to honour his future wishes.
