The McClain family needs your help!
In 2018 Rachel and Jimi relocated from Washington State to Maui where Rachel accepted a teaching position at Kihei Elementary school. Jimi found a position with a local warehouse and the couple re-established themselves. During this time, the couple welcomed a new baby, Randall James McClain to the family and were truly thriving.
After three years, the family came back to Washington State to introduce Randall to loved ones. The family arrived in Washington on Saturday May 29, 2021. On Sunday May 30, 2021, Rachel woke up to discover the unthinkable Jimi had passed away in his sleep from an unknown cause.
Jimi leaves behind three beautiful children, a loving wife, countless friends and family members. He was a great friend, brother, uncle, and son. He was kind and loyal to those he held close. Most importantly, he adored his wife Rachel and three children, Ayden, Lilian, and Randall.
This tragic and unexpected loss has created a void both emotionally and financially. Please consider donating to assist the family with funeral expenses, counseling for the children and additional expenses that may arise as the family gets through this difficult time.
A celebration of life will be held in Washington State on Sunday, June 6th at 3:00 pm as the Fern Prairie Grange, 1814 NE 267th Ave Camas, WA. All are welcome, light refreshments to follow.
A celebration of life will be held on Maui at a later date and time.
Thank you.
