Matt, Lou and their kids are special people in so many of our hearts. Those that have watched Matt and his family journey over the last few years with cancer, will have no doubt been humbled by the grace with which they have faced this hugely challenging time. Sadly Matt is almost at the end of his journey, to help make things easier for Matt, Lu and the boys, as they go through this difficult time, we are raising money. The money will help support Lu and the boys through their grief process, giving Lu time for her own grief and allowing space for her to be there for their beautiful boys.
