Support for the Paynter Family
Donation protected
On his final day of Grade 10, our dear friend Hamish Paynter was involved in a terrible accident. It will change his life and his family's lives forever.
Hamish has suffered a serious spinal injury and will require significant care. He is in the Royal Hobart Hospital waiting to be flown to the Austin Hospital Spinal Unit in Melbourne, for the highest quality care. His parents, Kristy & Stuart & his brother, Angus have greatly appreciated the love & support shown by so many so far & they know there is a long journey ahead.
Hamish & his family have given so much to their local community & to their family & friends through their involvement in many sporting activities through school & club. A fine water polo player, Hamish has represented Tasmania several times & is a much loved member of the Sandy Bay Water Polo Club & the wider Water Polo Tasmania family. The Paynters have also been heavily involved in rowing & rugby, as well as giving much of their time to support St Virgil's College during the boys' time at school.
It's time now for us to give something back to them. They need our love, support & generosity. All funds raised will go towards Hamish's ongoing care & rehabilitation.
Please give what you can to help ease the pain for a wonderful young man & his family.
