It is with great sadness that we share the tragic and unexpected passing of Oscar Orlando Portillo better known as Chino Portillo. Chino was a beloved father, husband, brother, son, and friend. His life was tragically cut short in an accident on Sunday morning, November 24th. He leaves behind his wife Geraldina, and three children Keysee, Rodrigo, and Santiago.
