Support for the Saavedra Family

Loving Father and Husband Francisco Saavedra was the father of 4 and the strongest man in our lives.
He had so many stories to tell and would strike up a conversation with anyone. He was charismatic, funny and could light up any room. He was a fighter and always fought for his family. He fought and beat cancer, worked every day to support us and was smiling and cracking jokes at the end of the day. He had always worked hard and his labor had helped us start moving to another home. Renovations were being done and we were hopeful for the future. My dad continued to work as an essential worker but unfortunately, he was infected by COVID-19
My dad stayed home recovering, but the illness got severe and he was hospitalized. We couldn't visit him but we called him any opportunity we could and the doctors kept us updated. Friends and Family sent their thoughts and prayers as we waited. We waited and waited but after a week and some days, we received the news that our father and friend, Francisco Saavedra had lost the fight against COVID-19 and unexpectedly passed away on April 12, 2020. He had developed pneumonia and acute respiratory distress.
We will hold our father close to us for the rest of our lives and in every accomplishment and never forget that he dedicated his life to us, his family.
Funds
All the funds will go directly to my mother Emerenciana Moreno and our family. It will help with preparations for our father's funeral, remaining payments for the new home, living expenses for Francisco's family, and education costs. Thank you all in advance.
