Support for the Shuttleworth Family

Before Christmas, the Shuttleworth family was made aware that their two-year-old daughter Millie, was diagnosed with OTC (Ornithine Transcarbamylase Deficiency) disease, an extremely rare condition impacting her ability to metabolize protein.

If untreated this disease causes spikes in ammonia and liver complications.

Her team at the Alberta Children's Hospital is working relentlessly to ensure she receives the best care possible.

As friends and as a loving and caring community we recognize the most important thing for them is to be together as a family right now without the stress of finances impacting their treatment plan.
