Support for the Staff at Mucho Mas

On July 21st, 2023, the entire staff of Mucho Más at 8201 Oak St. walked out and closed the doors, because the owner had not paid the staff in over a month. They STILL have not paid their staff. The owner, Shawn Toups (who also owns Lakeview Harbor), owes thousands in unpaid wages to their staff, averaging around $1,200 for each staff member. The owner is now trying to re-open under a new business name, hire all new staff, without settling those unpaid wages. We are asking for the support of our community to help us.

The goal is $1,200 for each of the 11 staff members to help get everyone back on their feet and make up for over a month of lost wages.

I, Madeleine Dixon, am also a part of the former Mucho Mas staff, and will be evenly distributing any funds raised here to my coworkers.
