Wir sind eine Organisation von ehrenamtlich arbeitenden Menschen, die mit der Hilfe von afrikanischen und afro-diasporischen Verbänden, Unternehmen und Einzelpersonen im Februar 2022 gegründet wurde. Die Aufnahme unserer Tätigkeit kam als Reaktion auf die rassistisch motivierten Menschenrechtsverletzungen im Zusammenhang mit flüchtenden Menschen aus ukrainischen Kriegsgebieten. Gegenwärtig sind wir ein Verein in Gründung: Tubman Network e.V. – Coalition of Black Organisations in Germany & Allies.
 
In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Bündnispartnern bieten wir von Rassismus betroffenen Menschen afrikanischer und afro-diasporischer Herkunft als auch BIPoC Unterstützung in verschiedenen Lebensbereichen.
 
Zur Zeit steht die kostenlose Soforthilfe für aus der Ukraine geflüchteten Menschen aus Drittstaaten im Vordergrund unserer Arbeit. An unserem Standort in Neukölln bearbeiten wir täglich Anfragen von durchschnittlich 100 Menschen pro Tag. Da unsere Arbeit ausschließlich durch private Spenden finanziert wird, bitten wir auch um Ihre Hilfe!

The tubman.network asks you to support our work!
 
We are an organization of volunteers founded with the help of African and Afro-Diasporic associations, companies and individuals in February 2022. The start of our activity came as a reaction to the racially motivated human rights violations related to people fleeing from Ukrainian war zones. Currently, we are an association in formation: Tubman Network e.V. - Coalition of Black Organizations in Germany & Allies.
 
In cooperation with our alliance partners we offer support in different areas of life to people of African and Afro-Diasporic origin affected by racism as well as BIPoC.
 
Currently, our work focuses on providing free emergency assistance to people from third countries who have fled Ukraine. At our location in Neukölln, we process requests from an average of 100 people per day. Since our work is financed exclusively by private donations, we also ask for your help!
 
We offer and arrange:

- Culturally sensitive social counseling in different languages
- Support around children and family matters
- German and integration courses
- Trauma therapy

- Advanced education and awareness training on forms and mechanisms of discrimination, - Anti-Black Racism and Critical Whiteness
