Support for the Ward Johns family

Bob Johns, beloved husband, father, and musician throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, left us on January 16th. His illness came on during the fall of 2024; the holiday season was usually his busiest time playing music jobs, as well as the busiest season for his wife Denise Ward as a working artist who had planned to sell at many holiday craft fairs and markets. We're humbly asking for assistance to help cover medical bills and support Denise through this difficult time.

We are planning a celebration of life for him later this year; friends and loved ones will be able to join us then to remember Bob as a loving, humorous, and kind-hearted man who spent his life bringing people joy with his music in his many bands and solo act as a jazz piano player. We love and miss him, and we thank you for your kindness in assisting his family at this time.
