Support for the Wentzels

Hi my name is Emily,

I’m fundraising for my sweet pal Ada Wentzel who has been in the IWK for the past two weeks recovering from a ruptured appendix. Her strong, brave spirit is shining through more and more everyday but she still has a lot of recovering to do.

Her amazingly dedicated parents Jake and Melissa have been taking turns caring for her. I would love for them to be able to fully focus on Ada, caring for their son Perin and the many farm tasks that they always have on the go without the extra burden of financial stress.

They are hyper aware that this is a difficult time financially and otherwise for many folks and have been resistant to accepting this level of help. I hope people will be able to offer whatever level of generosity that feels aligned for them. Whether it’s a small donation, a kind note, healing energy sent Ada’s way or a meal. We are so grateful for all of the kindness they have already received and appreciate any support that flows their way.
