Support for the Wolpert Family

For anyone who knows the  Wolpert Family, know Sandy and Jim are the most selfless, caring and thoughtful couple. They would always be willing to help others and have many times in the past. Now its our turn to help them.  

As many of you know Sandy and Jim have each been battling their own medical conditions. Sandy was recently diagnosed with POTS and is currently receiving care from medical professionals in Boston and NY.  Because of this, she was pulled from work in July and will continue to be out of work for an undetermined amount of time. 

While Jim was working from home and caring for Sandy, he himself got ill after what some doctors have believed was a reaction to the flu shot in October. He has since been hospitalized three times without an official diagnosis and was recently transferred from Lourdes Hospital to Upstate Medical in Syracuse as they are unsure if this is an infectious disease or neurological condition. He continues to be ill and unable to work due to his symptoms which include uncontrollable fevers, confusion,  lethargy and the inability to lead the normal, healthy life he once was living. 

Jim and Sandy have a very long road ahead of them and our hope is to raise money to help alleviate the financial burden of day to day expenses while Jim remains hospitalized as well as travel for future appointments and care for Sandy. 

We will continue to update everyone on their status or there is a FB page in Jim's honor to inform everyone of any new diagnoses. 

We know how much Jim and Sandy will appreciate this gesture and even if you are unable to contribute financially we ask that you please keep both of them in your thoughts and prayers.
