Support for Tim Zedalis' Family After Tragic Loss

On Saturday, June 29, 2024, Timothy Charles Zedalis lost his life in an unexpected and tragic accident at the age of only 53. His surviving wife and two daughters are facing the insurmountable tragedy of his sudden loss with incredibly heavy hearts and deep grief.

Losing a dad and husband so quickly and tragically is difficult to comprehend and leaves a hole that will never be fully healed. Tim’s family will never be the same without him, and neither will anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was a true friend to everyone he met, and he never encountered an engineering problem that he couldn’t solve. His genuine friendliness, easy-going personality, and humor will be missed by all who knew him. He loved without reserve and gave of himself without hesitation, always ready to lend a helping hand. We are ever so grateful for all the memories we shared together.

His passing leaves behind his family that he worked so very hard to support even after undergoing major heart surgery. Tim was a proud and devoted husband and father, and he told anyone within earshot about his family and their accomplishments. He supported his two daughters, Zoe and Sophie, in all their endeavors, and they meant the world to him, along with the mother of his children, Jennifer, who has now lost the love of her life and best friend.

As Tim was the sole provider for the family, his unexpected death has left them in an uncomfortable financial situation that is further complicated by a significant delay in receiving a death certificate. This holdup places the family in a fog of financial uncertainty and insecurity.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will go to covering funeral and repatriation costs, for his memorial service, and to support his wife and children, Sophia and Zoe, with their medical and college bills through this devastating time.
