Support for Timofey: A Fight Against Stage 4 Prostate Cancer

Dear Friends, Family, and Kindhearted Strangers,

We are reaching out to share a deeply personal and urgent matter. Our beloved dad, Timofey, has been diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. After a long and challenging journey, including months of uncertainty and numerous tests, we received the diagnosis in late July 2024. Since then, our family has been committed to exploring every possible avenue for his treatment and well-being.

What We’re Facing:

♦ Diagnosis: Stage 4 prostate cancer.

♦ Current Treatment: Radiation therapy, with a focus on traditional and complementary treatments.

♦ Additional Costs: Many of the alternative treatments and supplements, which could significantly enhance his quality of life and fight against cancer, are not covered by Manitoba Health and come with substantial costs.

What We’re Doing: Our family is dedicated to tackling this disease from all angles. Our parents have completely overhauled their diet and exercise routines, eliminating alcohol and incorporating every possible supplement to support Timofey’s body. Every step of the way, we’ve seen the incredible strength and resolve in him and in each other. We are determined to make every moment count and celebrate every milestone with him.

Why We Need Your Help: With Timofey’s children either starting university, getting married, or welcoming new families, we want him to be there for every significant moment for many many years to come. Your support will directly contribute to covering the costs of the treatments that are not included in provincial health care coverage. This includes cutting-edge therapies, necessary supplements, and other supportive measures.
