Support for Unexpected Costs After Carolina’s death

On Thursday 1st August, Carolina sadly passed away at 23 years old, having been found with head injuries on a South London road in the early hours of Thursday. She was taken by the London Ambulance Service (LAS) and officers that very morning to a local hospital where she unfortunately succumbed to her injuries. This tragedy comes as a shock to everyone who knew Carolina as she had just turned 23 years old and had a bright future ahead of her.

As many of us know, Carolina was an extraordinary young woman, to say the least. She was a courageous, kind, smart, loving outgoing young woman. She always had a huge smile on her face and thoroughly enjoyed making others laugh and feel welcomed; her happiness was endearing. She had committed her life to her family and friends with whom she created lovely memories. She thoroughly enjoyed traveling and worked in the hospitality industry. More recently, she graduated from University and obtained a Master’s in Accounting and finance; she had many future career aspirations ahead of her.

Due to the unexpected news, we are creating this GoFundMe campaign as a way to support Carolina’s family during this difficult time. More importantly, this campaign is a way to celebrate Carolina’s life and give back to her, a person who we all loved and cherished dearly. This GoFundMe campaign has been approved by Carolina’s family and all donations will go directly to them. By contributing to this fund, we can help ease the financial burden that comes with such a sudden and devastating loss. We strongly believe that the family should be given the appropriate amount of time to grieve and heal as they remember their loving daughter.

Therefore, we are asking for support from the community and beyond during this challenging time. Any donations would be highly appreciated, no matter how big or small. Alternatively, please share this page with others as this is a time of deep sadness and any type of support would be valued. Carolina was always there for us, offering a helping hand, a listening ear, and a caring heart. This is a heartfelt opportunity for us to come together now to support Carolina’s family, and honor Carolina’s memory, by giving back to her family which she profoundly loved.
