Support for Warrior who lost Home in Fire

Fellow Warriors,

We have sad news to share about one of our own. Heather Downs, Nurse Practitioner in our Louisville-South center, was recently the victim of a house fire that claimed almost all her family’s belongings, including their vehicles. Heather, her husband Matt, their four children and pets are thankfully all safe, but there is little left of the house and the emotional toll they are facing is deep. We’re asking for help on the family’s behalf to provide them with necessities to get through this tough time. We have established a GoFundMe account to provide funds for shelter, food and basic necessities. We are also taking clothing donations at the Louisville-South center to help the Downs family in this time of need.

• Women’s shirts sizes extra small or small and pants sizes 4-6 (small)

• Men’s shirts sizes small, medium and large and pants 34/34, 30/30 or medium/large

• Boy’s pants sizes 4-5 and 14 kids
