Support for Young Declan's Loving Family

Kate & Matthew tragically lost their sweet 9-year-old boy, Declan this week.

He had a serious heart condition that prevented him from running around and playing the way kids normally do at his age. On Monday, his little heart suddenly gave out, which set off his defibrillator while he was getting ready for the day. Despite the emergency team’s best efforts over the next few hours, Declan wasn't able to make it. He had experienced multiple medical events over the last few years, many of which he recovered from resiliently.

It’s a loss that can’t be imagined by most. A young soul with a big heart, full of curiosities for the life ahead. His vibrant and bubbly nature was so fiercely loved and protected by his parents, stepmom Kate, and his big sister Brielle.

Starting this GoFundMe will help offset the costs of a memorial and the financial hardship that has surrounded this devastating event. We have so much love for Kate, Matt, and Brielle.
