Support For Yuri’s Path to Recovery

Hello friends and family! Our dear friend Yuriana Molina is a mom of three and a lovely human being. She also is currently battling Acute Myeloblastic Leukemia. Yuri has had three rounds of chemotherapy and has three more to go. Unfortunately, her body reacts poorly to the medicine which means she has to stay in the hospital and away from her family for two to three weeks each month. We are very hopeful about the success of the treatment. However, a bone marrow transplant is required to cure her of cancer.

Prior to this very shocking diagnosis, Yuri and her husband Luis were two hard working parents, doing their best to survive in this very expensive city (San Francisco). Of course now this is much more challenging. Yuri is not able to work and Luis, though still working two jobs, has had to limit his hours to be there for Yuri and their three beautiful children David (15), Alan (10), and Ariana (5).

As difficult as it is to accept help, Yuri has allowed her community to convince her to accept the generosity she has always given so freely to us!
