Support fund for Aiden Hulsey and Family
Donation protected
On Thursday, June 13th, 2019; Aiden Hulsey was involved in a severe bicycle accident while playing with his friends at the park, fracturing his C3, 4, 5, 6 & 7. After being rushed to emergency and into immediate surgery, his family was notified at the time that he was paralyzed from the neck down. On Saturday, while the doctor was checking pressure points, he as able to wiggle four toes on his left foot!!!! We are praying that this is a sign to further improvements to come and that with treatment he is able to gain his mobility back.
Aiden is a 15 year old charming young man, full of energy who loves adventure, his family and his friends. He loves to live life to the fullest and is the type who wants to make everyone happy. Even through this accident, his determination is shining through and we are standing together in prayer for a full recovery.
Tuesday, June 18th – Aiden underwent a second surgery as his spinal cord was severely damaged and they need to replace his C5 due to it being shattered.
Sometime within the next few weeks; Aiden will be transferred to Shepards Spinal Center, where he will begin intense physical therapy and treatments.
This fund has been setup by friends of the Hulsey family and all donated will go directly to the family to assist with Aiden’s care, preparing for his homecoming & taking care of the family needs as they arise. Our goal is for this fund to alleviate any additional stress due to money and unforeseen needs, so that they can focus on Aiden’s recovery.
Please keep Aiden and his family in your thoughts and prayers. We are praying that God delivers a FULL RECOVERY.
