Hello, everyone! My name is Gabriela Cruz , and I'm a junior at the public performing arts school, LaGuardia High School, right in the heart of New York City. I'm reaching out to share my journey and ask for your support in making my dreams a reality.

This summer, I had my heart set on attending Berklee College of Music's prestigious summer program. I poured my heart and soul into preparing for the scholarship audition, meticulously crafting essays and perfecting audition videos. However, despite my best efforts, I was devastated when I learned that I didn't receive the scholarship.

But setbacks like these only fuel my determination. I'm incredibly passionate about furthering my education and honing my skills as a creative and performer. That's why I've taken on a job and am committed to running more to raise every penny I can to afford this program.

From ensemble building to refining individual techniques, this program offers a comprehensive experience that I know will shape me as an artist.
