They're facing an unexpected crisis: after a shocking eviction notice in March 2024, they must leave their cherished apartment of five (Mariposa) and one years (Gara) , respectively. This space has been more than just a home; it's where they've built a community, created art, and made countless memories.The eviction has left them with little choice but to vacate. Now, they're in urgent need of support to secure a new place to call home. Your donation will help cover: moving costs ($500), first month's rent ($2,000), and a security deposit ($2,500) to secure a new home.Gara and Mariposa are deeply saddened by their forced departure, but they remain grateful for their supportive community.
