Support Gargamel's Much Needed Dental Care

Hello, my name is Kelly Dale and the cat in the picture is my best friend, Gargamel. We've had a rough year after I broke my foot and had to take time off work. Gargamel is 13 years old, and while I was able to afford the bloodwork to make sure he was healthy, I am struggling to afford the much-needed dental work to keep him that way. Since going back to work, the bills have not stopped beating me down, and my place of employment is suffering a slowdown that is causing me to lose hours. I have no way to afford his vet bills if his teeth became an emergency situation as my broken foot ate through my savings.
Please help me make sure that Gargamel lives his best, longest life possible.
More details on what he needs:
Gargamel needs a cleaning under anesthesia to remove tartar. He has two molars that may need to be removed, but we are unsure how bad the teeth actually are under the tartar. The estimate for the procedure is between 800$ and 1200$, depending on the number of extractions needed, but could be more once they actually get into it.
Due to his age, he will need bloodwork again before his dental appointment to be sure that he is healthy enough to endure the procedure. The bloodwork is about 400$.
Gargamel's story:
In 2012, I was working at a gas station. A regular customer approached me about taking in a kitten that his parents were unable to keep. I got permission from my mom to get the kitten and went down the street to give the customer's dad the news.
Sadly, I was told that someone else had offered to take him for the weekend to trial him. I returned home, but ten minutes later, the customer's dad was at my door with kitten in tow. He told me that he knew we cared for our cats (a reputation I was proud to have) and he would rather see the kitten cared for by someone he could trust.
Thus, Gargamel was introduced to my family. He actually wanted nothing to do with me for almost a year! But after I sadly had to say goodbye to my childhood cat, Andrew, Gargamel stepped up and became my new best friend.
Gargamel had a bonded relationship with our cat Zed for a few years, but sadly, Zed developed diabetes and was resistant to treatment. We made the decision to euthanize Zed to save him from suffering and Gargamel became depressed. He began having behavioral issues that we dealt with for a couple years while he was an only cat.
Last year, we moved from Eau Claire to Marshfield and I was worried about how Gargamel would do given his age, but he did better than I could have imagined. His behavioral issues all but disappeared and when we adopted Hannibal, they bonded quickly. Gargamel plays like a kitten with his brother and I want to make sure they have at least a few more years together.
When we adopted Hannibal, things were good. The bills were paid and I had savings. This year has taken a toll on our family between my medical issues and the worsening situation with my employment. I am actively seeking other jobs, but it is a process and I may not find something that pays as well as my current job did before the slowdown.
